Ingredients

9 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup miracle whip
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp ranch dressing
1 ziploc bag
season to taste:
garlic powder
onion powder
pepper
paprika
ground thyme
dill leaves
Directions
Boil the eggs 20 minutes, then run them under cold water and peel them. Slice them in half long-way and put the yolks in a separate bowl.
Crush the yolks with a fork and add the miracle whip, mustard and ranch (and any herbs/spices).
Stir until well combined and then add the yolk mix to the ziploc bag, then cut the corner off the bag.
Pipe the yolk mix into the egg halves and top with paprika!
2 egg halves are 1 serving, this makes 9 servings.

I like the recipe but it seems like too much mayo. - 7/19/10

Use Lite Miracle Whip to reduce the calories, you could use less Miracle Whip, but your yolk mixture will be dry and crumbly. You should add more mustard or ranch if you cut down on the Miracle Whip, to keep it creamy. But, ranch usually has more calories than Miracle Whip.
