Introduction

This is a work in progress recipe! It's REALLY creamy so it might be worth experimenting with the cream/milk ratio... I also like sweet and salt mixed in - to make it less salty just lose the salt. Ingredients

    * Double Elmlea Light, 20 oz (lower fat version of heavy cream)
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 9 tsp
    * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp
    * asda milk chocolate drops, 100 gram(s)
    * Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

heat up cream and milk on a medium heat in a saucepan. Once the mix is bubbling gently add the splenda and stir in. Take off the heat and add the peanut butter, mixing throughout. Put in the fridge for about an hour ( I always leave it to cool slightly first on the counter). When it's cold add in the chocolate chips and mix well. Put in the freezer until frozen, mixing it every 30 minutes until it sets.
