Ingredients

    1 lg. potato
    1 medium onion
    2 cu. soy milk
    3 cloves garlic
    0.3 cu. pecans, chopped
    2 cu. dry bread crumbs, plain
    1 Tbsp. McKays Beef Seasoning

Directions

Place milk in blender. Add cut up chunks of potato, onion and sliced garlic cloves. Then add sunflower seeds. Blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl and add bread crumbs, pecans and beef seasoning. Stir well. Pour into Pam-sprayed loaf baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Let cool on rack for 5-10 min. May be turned out on a platter for serving if desired. Slice into 12 equal portions.
