Ingredients

Pack of 4 OZ cooked Shrimp
Can of Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 Cup of dice yellow onion
0 cal 0 fat Butter Fritz Spray
    Black Pepper
    1 Clove of Garlic

Directions

Okay i believe this can be up to 2-3 servings, according to your appetite.

When i first started cooking this i first cut up all my onion in to little diced pieces.

Cut onion in to little minced pieces.

Took off tail from Shrimp's

Put Pasta to boil ( I did not add any salt, or oil. That is completely up to you and additional in calories)

In a non stick skiller i sprayed non stick fritz spray and put the corn (Whole Can) In the skillet to cook with some black pepper, (to taste) I only put a pinch.

After about 5 minutes of the corn heating up with the butter and the black pepper i put it in another another container and in the same pan put my Shrimp(all), Onion (1/2 cup), One Clove Garlic (cut), 1Tbl. Spoon Blasamic Vinegar, 1/2 Cup of water, and a little bit more pepper to cook on 8 (A bit above Medium). I left it for a few minutes till the liquid begun to evaporate.

At that point the pasta was already done, so i drained it and added the pasta in to cook along with the corn.

I left it cooking for about another 5 minutes- 10 minutes. (You should leave it according to you taste and flavor,i suggest you try it after its been on the stove for 5 minutes).

It was ready to serve. It was amazing. REALLY GOOD!
