    1 cob corn, cooked and cut off the cob
    half tomato, chopped
    half onion, chopped
    1 fresh chili pepper chopped
    cilantro to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs cider vinegar (or other vinegar of choice, or pickled pepper juice)
