Ingredients

    maifun rice sticks, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, chicken breast, carrots, celery, and fresh chives.

Directions

First off, don't be alarmed by ammount of ingredients. this can serve about five adults for lunch or dinner.

Step 1: take the rice sticks out of their bag and put them into a bowl of hot water (bowling unnecessary, just use hot tap water), and set to the side.

Step 2: Take your chicken breasts and place them in a pan with some oil to give them a nice sear. Turn off and let cool.

Step 3: Once Cool, cut up chicken breasts into small enough pieces to fit into a food processor. Add carrots and celery. Shred all the ingredients to desired size.

- (if no food processor, just cut up ingredients to size you would like)

Step 4: check your noodles and taste to see if they are at desired softness.

Step 5: once soft enough, strain the noodles of all water. Add them to a large bowl that comes with a lid. Add your processed/chopped ingredients then add your teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.

Step 6: Shake well, and serve!
