Ingredients

    - 3 Reduced carb WW flour tortillas - 6"
    - 2 whole eggs
    - .5 cup of liquid egg whites
    - .25 cup of shredded cheese - mexican blend
    - 9 slices of turkey pepperoni
    - slat & pepper to taste
    - EVOO cooking spray

Directions

- scramble all eggs and microwave for 3 minutes
- "toast" tortillas in hot pan with cooking spray on both sides so that it's hot and crisp
- assemble pizza starting with tortilla, eggs, cheese and pepperoni and microwave again for 45 seconds.
