Ingredients

    2 16oz can Black Beans
    1 16oz can Red Kidney Beans
    1 16oz can Chickpeas
    1 16oz can Yellow Sweet Corn
    2 16oz can Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Rotel
    ~1 lb Ground Turkey, Lean
    1 med Onion
    1 med Green Bell Pepper
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, dry
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning

Directions

Brown and drain ground turkey. Rinse and Drain all beans. Drain corn. Chop or dice green pepper and onion. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
