Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Medium head Red Cabbage
Several small to medium fresh basil leaves
    Campbell's low sodium Tomato Juice
Hunt's Tomato Sauce (15 oz can)
Hunt's Tomato Paste (6 oz can)
Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/sweet onion (14.5 oz can)
    Worchestershire Sauce
Season as desired (my ingredients listed above)
May want to add minced garlic to taste.

Directions

In large pot mix tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato juice.
Stir in worchestershire and spices.
Wash and slice fresh basil and cabbage, add to the pot.
Cook over medium to high heat for about 10 minutes until soup begins to cook. Then lower heat to simmer for about 2 hours.
Stir occasionally.
I estimated mine would make 10 generous servings.
(I think the calculator is incorrect regarding the sodium in this recipe! I plan to carefully recheck each ingredient.)
Freezes well for a quick meal in the future!
