Introduction

This is my version of a popular recipe on low carb friends. I also make it with ground beef. They call it crack slaw because of it's addictive qualities! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
    2 tsp minced garlic
1 can chicken, 5 oz (can definitely use more if you want)
    2 cups cole slaw mix
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (to taste)
1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce (to taste)

Directions

Heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes ( I usually cook longer, I like soft onions). Add chicken, stir. Add cole slaw mix and cook until tender (3-5 minutes). Add soy and teriyaki and cook for a bit longer to let flavors combine.

Makes 2 servings.
