Ingredients

    1 lb Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 c Onion Chopped
    1 c Sweet Potato Cubed
    1/2 c Red Peper Chopped
    3 c Cabbage Shredded
    1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
    3 tsp Grill Mates Sweet & Smoky Rub


Directions

Brown Ground turkey and Sweet Potatoes, DO Not Drain

add Red Pepper, Onion, & Grill Mates Seasoning.

Cook on Med till Sweet Potatoes have started to soften, about 15mins. Cook Covered.

Add Cabbage & Tomatoes, sitr frequently cook covered for about another 15mins.

Yield: 8 1 c servings
