Introduction

This is something I've developed so that I get my egg and my bread for breakfast without having the same thing every day and adding tons of calories along the way. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup fat free milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    2 slices Loves Whole Grain Bread
    1/4 cup Sugar free syrup

Directions

Whisk egg and milk in medium bowl. Add the spices whisking till combined. Dip bread slices until soggy, but not falling apart. Spray a skillet lightly with oil or butter spray. Cook bread on both sides until brown. Top with butter spray (I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) and sugar free syrup. Enjoy!
1 serving is two slices of french toast with 1/4 cup syrup
