Ingredients



    Beans, navy, 1 cup
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, medium (6" dia)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz (remove)

Directions

Mix taco seasoning mix into beans. Wash and prepare all vegetables. Dice pepper, onion and tomatoes. Toss, chill, serve, Enjoy!
