Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup pepitas (baby pumpkin seeds)
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    Coarse salt, to taste

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 300ยบ. Mix the pepitas, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and maple syrup in a large bowl. On 2, parchment paper lined cookie sheets, spread the mix. Sprinkle coarse salt over the trail mix.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Sprinkle a little more coarse salt over the trail mix when you take it out of the oven. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Return the cooled trail mix to a bowl. Mix in cranberries. Enjoy!
