Introduction

This has always been a loved dish by the man of the house and I crave it at times...the crust is to die for...Enjoy with a nice salad or fruit salad. This has always been a loved dish by the man of the house and I crave it at times...the crust is to die for...Enjoy with a nice salad or fruit salad.

Ingredients

    For dough:
    2 cups of pastry flour
    .5 tsp salt
    .5tsp baking powder
    2/3 cup of better butter or smart balance light
    .33 cup milk
    For filling:
    4 cups finely diced potatoes
    .5 onion chopped
    3 carrots diced
    .5 ground beef browned
    1.5 cups pizza sauce low sodium
    grated cheese for topping.

    Mix all dough dry ingre. throughly than add better butter chopping mix into crumbs. add milk blending well. ROll out half of the dough and line large pan. Preheat oven 350o. Mix filling ingre's.and pour over dough in pie pan. Top with lowfat cheese.Roll out remaining dough and place on top. Poke hole in top.Seal edges Bake for 1 hour.
