Introduction
I'm hesitant to share the recipe because of the fat content, but I wanted to know just how bad this dish was....bad. Tastes so very yummy as it, please feel free to substitute with less fatty ingredients. Though I was informed that margarine cannot be used to replace the butter, don't know why...wonder what happens... Ingredients

Casserole:
4-5 good size sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (no margarine)
1/2 cup extra large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole milk
Topping:
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
Casserole
1. Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
2. Put in 9x13 baking dish
Topping:
2. Mix all together, if mixture is crumbly enough add a bit more flour and brown sugar.
Crumble over sweet potato mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
