Ingredients

    quorn chicken style peices
    bell peppers red and yellow
    garlic & onion- i would have used spring onion but i didn't have it in!
    carrots grated
    fry lite
    soy sauce
    cooked rice

Directions

add fry lite to wok
with garlic and onions
then chuck in the quorn peices
and peppers and carrots
cook through
and add carrots-grated
and the cooked rice
add soy sauce to taste.
