Introduction
This is my grandmother's recipe for spinach pie, everyone in my family, including the people who don't like spinach, loves it. It's a great dish to bring to a pot luck, and it's really easy to suit to specific needs. I've made it gluten free by getting specific pie crusts, and vegetarian by switching to egg-substitute.
