Ingredients

    1.5 oz Center cut pork steaks, trimmed of fat
    1 tsp mexican spices
    lime wedge
    1/4 cup onion slices

Directions

Trim pork steaks of fat and cut into strips. Sprinkle with spices and add onion. Cook over medium heat until brown. Take off the heat and squeeze a lime wedge over the meat. Serve on a flour tortilla
