Ingredients
-
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
Directions
If not using highly active baker's yeast you want to proof your yeast in the warm water for a few minutes.
Add everything together in a bowl and mix well. Roll out onto a counter and knead for at least 5 minutes.
Divide dough in half to make 2 crusts.
Roll or toss crust, put on greased or cornmeal dusted cookie sheet and top with whatever you'd like.
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, depending on your toppings.
If freezing you'll want to parbake these crusts at 350 for 5-10 minutes before freezing them.
