Introduction

Super simple and fast delicious pita! A healthy snack for in between meals or even as a meal itself! Super simple and fast delicious pita! A healthy snack for in between meals or even as a meal itself!

Ingredients

    2 cups chunked tomatoes
    1 cup thinly sliced cucumber (with peel)
    1 medium red onion chopped
    1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
    4 oz reduced-fat feta cheese
    6 whole wheat pitas

    For sauce:
    6 oz reduced-fat plain greek yogurt
    1 tsp grated garlic
    1 Tbsp lemon zest

Directions

Makes enough for 6 servings!

For sauce:
Mix yogurt, garlic and lemon zest and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together. Spread sauce on pita and then fill with veggie mixture. Enjoy!
