Ingredients

    One medium zucchini
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

Cut zucchini into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Cook over medium heat on a pan on the stove. I use a non-stick pan so I don't use any oil.

After about 3 minutes, turn the zucchini slices over and sprinkle them with lemon juice, salt, pepper and parmesan, cooking another 3 minutes or so.

Serve hot.
