    Step 1:

    2 lbs lean braising steak, trimmed in small cubes
    1 T canola oil
    2 T granulated onion

    Step 2:
    2 c V8, low sodium
    4 c. water
    3 beef cubes

    Step 3:
    2 T light chili powder
    4 T dark chili powder
    2 t garlic powder
    1 T ground cumin
    1 t cayenne pepper
    1 t black pepper
    2 chicken cubes

    Step 4:
    2 T light chili powder
    2 T dark chili powder
    2 t paprika
    1 T ground cumin

Directions

Makes 14 1/2 cup servings. Serve with brown rice.

Step 1 Ingredients: Add together and lightly brown meat.

Step 2 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 1 hour

Step 4 Ingredients: Add and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if needed.
