Ingredients

1 Walmart great value boneless,skinless chicken breast
14 Bolthouse baby carrots
1 cup Walmart great value frozen cut broccoli
1 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 tsp Splenda
Mrs Dash table blend
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Directions
Makes 1 serving
In a medium sauce pan,boil water.
Add carrots, let boil 15 min.
Add broccoli to carrotsin boiling water, & boil another 11 min
While veggies are boiling, put frozen chicken breast on micro-safe plate, and microwave on about 50% for about 5 min, or until about 1/2-way cooked (cut chicken into quarters and make sure inside still raw and outside cooked)
With a slotted spoon, remove carrots and broccoli from boiling water, put in big bowl.
Add quartered 1/2-cooked chicken breast to boiling water.
Boil chicken breast until fully cooked.
Once chicken is done, drain water and add chicken breast to the veggies in a big bowl.
Add Mrs. Dash and Lemon Pepper Seasoning (as much as you want for taste)
Add Soy sauce.
Toss like a salad.
Evenly Sprinkle 1 tsp or less Splenda(depending on preference)
Toss again.
Put on plate and eat.
