Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Campbell's 98% fat-free cream of mushrrom soup, 3 serving
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 4 serving

Directions

Cut steak into strips, brown meat in margarine (or PAM). Salt and pepper to taste. Combine soup and water. Pour over meat. drain mushrooms and add. Simmer 1 hour. Add sour cream and heat.
Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
