Ingredients

    2 lbs Beef (Round roast & trimmed brisket work well)
    1 can green chile enchilada sauce
    10 Mission Flour Tortillas

    Optional toppings (Not included in Nutritional info):
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Grated Cheddar, Colby or Jack Cheese
    onions
    Sour Cream
    Avacados

Directions

Trim and rinse beef, place in cockpot. Pour green chili sauce over the beef. Cook on High for 4-5 hours, or
Low 6-8 hours. Remove beef from crock pot, shred using 2 forks. Place beef and desired toppings into a warm flour tortilla.
