Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium head red cabbage, shredded
    1 smal sweet onion, chopped
    1 medium apple, diced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 ounces apple cider or juice
    1 tablespoon of caraw seeds, optional
    couple dashes of balsamic vinegar

Directions

Put the olive oil in a large wok & add shredded cabbage, caraway seed, chopped onion and apple. Stir over medium heat until cabbage begins to cook. Add apple cider (or juice) and sitr to coat. Cover & simmer until cabbage is done, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary. When done, spash balsamic vinegar to taste & stir.
