Ingredients

    12 c. pinto beans, cooked
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1 large Red Ripe Tomato, cut into 1 inch peices
    1/2 c. Sweet Corn, fresh
    1 tbsp. Salt
    1 lb ground beef, raw
    2 tsp. Garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
    1 tbsp. Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing
    2 tsp. Organic no salt seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Ginger, ground
    1/2 tsp. Pepper, black
    6 leaves fresh Basil

Directions

Cook ground beef and water with onions and add basil while simmering. Once meat is browned, add to beans, and add spices, stirring well after each addition. Cook on medium heat until heated through, and add tomatoes and corn. Makes about 30 1/2 cup servings.
