    2 cups pureed mango
    1 lime, juiced
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 sugar
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 eggs, beaten


Mix mango, lime and milk
Mix flour, sugar and ginger
Put dry into wet.
Add eggs.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 30 min at 350.
