    Grilled Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, .5 oz
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Oregano, 1 tsp


Combine last six ingredients to make dressing. Toss with remaining ingredients.
