Ingredients

2 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp butter, cold and cut into chunks
1 c heavy cream
1 c blueberries
**can substitute raisins, cranberries, nuts, etc for berries
Directions
Sift dry ingredients
Cut butter into flour
Make "well" in center, add heavy cream
Using fork, incorporate cream into flour mixture
Add fruit, working into dough w hands
Shape dough onto cutting board into large square, cut into smaller squares and triangles
Bake at 400 degrees
15 - 20 min, or until golden
