Introduction

This is a wonderful recipe of beef stroganoff that my singing teacher gave to me in music format. I made it in reality and it was DELICIOUS so i hope you love it asd much as i did! sorry about all the weird measurements it was difficult but i think i got it right. also serve it on rice or egg noodles. Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Beef choice and lean
    6 Tbs. Butter
    1 Cup of onion , chopped
    Or, a little garlic
    10oz. Beef Bouillon
    3Tbs. Flour
    2Cups Sour Cream
    ˝ lb. Fresh mushrooms
    1 cp. Red wine
    Pepper and salt, to taste
    Dill, Fresh (optional)
    your choice of rice or noodles

Directions

1. Cut the beef in little pieces.
2. Sauté in butter.
3. Add the garlic until golden.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Bring to a Boil.
6. Over low heat, add the wine and sour cream until well combined.
7. Serve over rice and top with snipped Dill.

    Really! I used ground beef, and a bit more bouillon but without exception the best beef stroganoff i have ever had! - 10/10/10

    Great! This is one of my toddler's favorite meals. It's always great when I can get her to eat something other than chicken nuggets and animal crackers. Thanks so much! - 5/22/11
