    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1.5 serving (remove)
    * Carrots, cooked, 300 grams (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    * Portabella Mushrooms, 200 grams (remove)
    * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)

Directions
