Ingredients

    1 cup mozzarella
    1 cup low fat ricotta,
2 oz reduced fat feta cheese
    2 TSP KRAFT GRATED PARMESAN
    1 tbsp chipotle pepper/sauce
    1/2 cup spinach
    1 cup tomatoes in juice

Directions

Mix cheese ingredients in bowl until well mixed. Chop the peppers, add 1 tbsp of the actual pepper and about 1 tbsp of the sauce, then add to mix.

Prepare spinach by chopping it, and cooking it in a large skillet with butter over low heat until dark and hot. Add to cheese mix. It is optional to add vegan sausage, but only adds about 20 cals to each serving.

When mixed, this is ready to place in calzone crust. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until the dough is fully cooked, you will smell it!
