    1 Onion, Chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 cups swiss chard, chopped
    1 can white beans
    1 can tomato sauce


heat oil in pan
saute onion and garlic in oil until onions translucent
add chard
stir for 5 min or so
add beans
stir for 5 min or so
add spices to taste
stir for 1 minute
add sauce
stir for 5 min or so

Serve over brown rice.

    Very Good
    I used dill Instead of oregano and fresh tomato plus thin slices of pumpkin. a big Hit with my man. Used pasta instead of rice. Yum! - 4/18/11
