Introduction
This is my version of Aux Vivres' "Dragon Sauce" that they serve over rice and salad bowls there. I cut out the oil (flax oil is what's called for) but otherwise I think it's pretty close. I personally love tossing this with hot rice and veggies for a light lunch or drizzling it over tofu with dinner. Ingredients

1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp turmeric
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp white miso (shiro miso)
7 tbsp filtered water
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp tamari
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ground flaxseed
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor or blender.
Store any leftovers in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
