Ingredients

    Egg Yolk, 4 large
    Olive Oil, 2.25 cup
Great Value Coarse Ground Mustard, 2 tsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar White, 1 tsp
    Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 1tsp.
    Stevia, (liquid) 1 dropper full
    Garlic powder, 5 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 3 dash

Directions

Make sure eggs are at room temperature before using. Separate egg yolk for egg white. Place yolks in a bowl with Stevia, Salt, Lemon Juice, and mix with electric mixer for approximately 5 minutes. Yolks should be thick before slowly adding the olive oil. Light olive oil, almond oil, or walnut oil will provide a lighter taste. Slowly drizzle oil while continuously mixing on medium speed. Add the vinegar and continue to blend. Add remaining spices. Hot water may be added by the teaspoon to reach desired consistency. I typically omit the water as I like the mayo thick and spreadable. Water may be used to make more of a dressing type mayo. Mix and match spices to your taste. The garlic amount may be high for those who prefer a milder flavor. Refrigerate, enjoy. Keeps well in the fridge for about a week. This is a double match.
