Ingredients

    1 lb Beef cubes
    1/2 cup celery chopped
    1/3 cup onion purple
    1 cup green peppers
    3/4 cup chopped carrots
    4 tsp tony chachere's brown gravy mix
    2 cups water

Directions

Brown beef cubes. Add veggies, gravy mix, and water. Bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until veggies are to desired softness. ENJOY!
