Ingredients

2 Tbs.. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. finely chopped celery
2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
1 can cream style corn
2 cans yellow sweet corn
1 can peas
1 can tomato sauce
1 - 29 oz can tomato puree
2.5 lbs left over pork pulled Barbeque
1 tsp. sugar (opitional, but calculated)
Salt, Pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste.
Directions
Makes 12 one cup serviings. In large dutch oven saute celery and onion in olive oil. Add left over BBQ, tomato puree, tomato sauce, corn, peas and sugar. Heat on medium for 20 mins.
