Ingredients

    Brown rice
    Tofu
    Soy Sauce
    Egg substitute
    Scallion
    Onion
    Bamboo shoots
    Cabbage

Directions

Cook onion and scramble eggs with onions
Then add brown rice and soy sauce, cook for several minutes.
Remove stir fry rice.
Then add more oil and add cabbage onion and celery.
Add tofu cook until completion.
