Introduction

I thought this would be a lot healthier but when I looked at the nutrition info I was surprised. This is a lot healthier than I usually eat though so it is a step in the right direction! Plus if you eat half the portion I did (or 1/4 of the pan) you could cut the nutrition info in half. I thought this would be a lot healthier but when I looked at the nutrition info I was surprised. Ingredients

    1cup mushrooms
    10 strips yellow bell pepper
1 whole small zucchini cut into quarters
    4 cloves of garlic minced
    1 tsp salt
    2 dashes of pepper
    1 tablespoon of oregano
2 jenny-o italian turkey sausages grilled
    1 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cups whole wheat spaghetti

Directions

I started to boil the water with a pinch of salt and started the grill.
While waiting for the water to boil grill 2 Italian turkey sausages.
After the sausages are cooked cut into bite size pieces.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbl. olive oil and minced garlic.
By this time water should be boiling so add your 2 cups of whole wheat spaghetti.
The pasta should cook for 7 minutes.
To the hot pan with your oil and garlic add zucchini, bell peppers, mushroom, cut up turkey sausage, and spices.
Stir frequently.
After 7 minutes drain the pasta and then add the pasta to the pan (the veggies should be cooked but still a little crispy).
stir to mix the pasta and veggies.
I consider this two servings as my husband and I split the whole thing.
