Ingredients

    1 cucumber, preferably English, thinly sliced
    6 ounces 2% Greek Yogurt, plain
    2 tablespoons red onion, minced
    2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Dill Herb Blend
    1/2 large lemon, fresh
    salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Wash cucumber and slice thinly; set aside.
In a small bowl, place mince red onion,yogurt, dill paste, & lemon. Mis well; add salt & pepper to taste.

Gently toss with cucumber slices, chill until ready to serve.
