Introduction

This is a recipe my fiance and I put together to take the place of our favorite mexican restaurant's cheese dip. It was pretty good! This is a recipe my fiance and I put together to take the place of our favorite mexican restaurant's cheese dip. It was pretty good!

Ingredients

    5 oz La Morenita Queso Fresco
    4 oz Cubed Pepper Jack Cheese
    8 tbsp Carique Crema Mexicana
    1 Jalapeno Pepper diced
    1 Green SMALL Anaheim Pepper diced
    4 servings BAKED Tostitos Scoops

Directions

1. Crumble queso fresco and pepper jack cheese cubes together into small microwave safe bowl. Place covered in microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (just enought to melt the cheese)

2. Dice peppers and add to melted cheese.

3. Place cheese mixture into small crockpot to warm up and mix in the Cacique Crema Mexicana, this should create a good soft consistency. If not add more to your liking 1 tbsp at a time.

4. Serve with Baked Tostitos Scoops

If this isn't spicy enough for you try adding 1/4 tsp of Chipotle Pepper powder and/or 1/4 tsp of red cayenne pepper. You can also add 1/2 tsp of cumin for flavor.
