Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1 cup raisins (soak in 1/2 cup water overnight)
1.5 cups wheat bran
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Herbalife Protein Mix
1 cup water
1.5 cups white flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. Molasses
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions
Combine wheat bran with Herbalife protein mix and cinnamon and add 1 cup of water. Or use 1 cup milk instead of water and Herbalife. Let soak for at least an hour
Combine sugar, baking powder and flour in a separate bowl.
Add molasses and oil to wheat bran mixture. Let soak for an hour. Then add egg. just scramble and fold into mixture, do not beat.
Stir in raisins with extra water and then the blueberries.
Add this mixture to flour mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Spoon into greased muffin cups.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
