Number of Servings: 1


    3 cucumbers
    2 stalks celery
    2 cups plain yogurt (or use 1.5 cups plain and 1/2 cup plain Greek)
    1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    Salt and Pepper


Slice or chop cucumbers and celery. Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Season to taste. Add ice if needed to further chill, or refrigerate soup prior to serving.
