Introduction

My roommate makes a killer smoothie. :) We usually use OJ instead of the V8, but we were all out. My roommate makes a killer smoothie. :) We usually use OJ instead of the V8, but we were all out.

Ingredients

    3 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    1/3 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh- not canned)
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 small banana
    1 Tbsp V8 Raspberry Goji Juice
    1/8 cup Milk (I used 2%, but usually use skim)
    1-2 cups of ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until liquified.
