Ingredients

    1 can tuna
    1 head redleaf lettuce chopped
    1 small can diced black olives
    2 medium sized tomatoes chopped
    4 green onions diced
    1 can black beans drained and rinsed
    1 tablespoon flaxseed
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    *note: to lower fat intake, omit nuts from recipe

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, and serve plain or with dressing. If adding dressing, be sure to add the extra calories!

    OK..I added a Tblsp of Italian dressing to spice it up a bit.

    Note: the black beans are not included in the calorie count!

    Incredible!
    Absolutely delicious, especially for anyone who hates mayo in their salads. I substituted artichoke hearts for red leaf lettuce and added a raspberry balsamic vinegrette but it's good as is. - 5/11/09
