Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, diced
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 T Poppyseed
    1/2 tube Ritz Crackers
    1/4 c butter, melted

Directions

Makes 6 servings

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream and poppyseed. Mix well.

Put into 8x8 greased baking dish.

Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake in oven at 350 F, for 30-40 minutes.

    Very Good
    I love poppyseed chicken! I will definitely be making this again. For a little twist on this recipe, I used about 6 oz plain Greek yogurt. Still really yummy! - 5/17/11
