when you dont want a wrap and just want the good stuff!! I grill off 4 chicken breast once a week for trow together dinners and salads. Ingredients

    1/4 cup enchilada sauce
    1/4 cup diced grilled chicken
    1/4 cup refried beans
    1/4 cup black beans
    1/2 cup mexican rice
    2 tbsp sour cream
    1/4 cup chopped lettuce
    1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    1/8 cup canned tomatoes with green chillies

Directions

mix all ingredients.
Quick and easy
You can add hot sauce , Cheese, or a wrap as desired.
