    Oatmeal Cooked Instant
    1 small banana, chopped
    .5 C or more apple (Braeburn's a fave), diced
    .5 C nonfat milk
    Splenda
    Cinnamon

Directions

1 big bowl for One

Put some Splenda in water, boil in microwave, stir in Oatmeal.
Top with fruit, milk and cinnamon
